Withdrawal from Contract and Product Returns

Withdrawal Period:
You have the right to return any products purchased on our website within 30 calendar days from the date you receive them.

Return Procedure:

• Notify the Company of your decision, preferably via the online return form (see below).

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and with all accessories and documentation included.

• The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Refunds:
The refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 days from the date the Company receives the returned product.

Important Return Exclusions (Hygiene Reasons)

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened jars, bottles, or serums), or for personalized products.

Warranty and Claims

Customers within the European Union are entitled to a statutory warranty for defects lasting two (2) years from the date of delivery, if the product does not correspond to the advertised description, in accordance with applicable EU directives.
