CORDOGY® General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made by end consumers on the CORDOGY® website and govern the rights and obligations of both parties.
Article 1 – Company Information
Teodoro Group s.r.o. (hereinafter the “Company”) is a Czech company (Company ID: 23569727, VAT: CZ23569727), with its registered office at Tržiště 372/1, Malá Strana, 118 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register under File No. C 429413 maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague.
The Company focuses on the development, design, and direct sale of premium cosmetics and skincare accessories for end consumers.

Article 2 – Scope and Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) apply to all sales of CORDOGY® products (the “Products”) made through the Company’s website (the “Website”).
Target Markets and Delivery
The Website targets consumers within the European Union. The Company delivers Products to the following territories: the entire EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the Middle East, and other selected countries.
Purchases are intended exclusively for personal use (end consumers). The Company expressly prohibits purchases made for resale or commercial purposes.
These Terms may be amended by the Company at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the date the Customer submits the order.
Article 3 – Product Information and Availability
The Company makes every effort to ensure that all information about the Products (descriptions, photos, ingredients, properties) provided on the Website is accurate. However, minor, non-material errors cannot be completely excluded.
Products are offered for sale while stocks last. If an ordered Product becomes permanently unavailable, the Company will promptly inform the Customer (by email) and refund all paid amounts as soon as possible.
Article 4 – Ordering Process
- Product Selection: The Customer selects the Product(s) and adds them to the shopping cart.
- Verification and Identification: The Customer reviews the cart and proceeds to checkout, logging in or providing contact and delivery details (Guest checkout).
- Order Details: The Customer confirms or enters the delivery address and selects shipping and payment methods.
- Promotional Code: A promo code may be applied if it meets the conditions in Article 11.
- Final Confirmation and Payment: The Customer reviews the total price (including VAT and shipping), accepts these Terms by checking the consent box, and clicks “Complete Order.”
- Order Acknowledgment: The Company confirms receipt by email (not a final acceptance).
- Acceptance and Shipping Confirmation: The order becomes binding once the Company sends an acceptance email. The Customer will then receive a shipping notification.
Article 5 – Price and Payment
- Price: Prices on the Website are in Euros (€) or other currencies where stated, and include VAT. The final price (including delivery and all fees) appears at checkout after the delivery address is entered.
- Pricing Errors: If a pricing or product description error occurs, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order or offer continuation at the correct price.
- Payment Methods: Payments may be made via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or other listed options (e.g., PayPal).
- Retention of Title: Ownership remains with the Company until full payment is received.
Article 6 – Delivery
- Delivery Address: Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer, within the territories specified in Article 2.
- Delivery Time: Products are dispatched within the estimated timeframe indicated on the Website and in the confirmation email. In case of delay, the Customer will be notified.
- Transfer of Risk: Ownership and risk transfer to the Customer upon delivery.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
- Period: The Customer has the right to return any Products within 30 calendar days of receipt.
- Return Procedure: Notify via the online return form. Products must be in original packaging, unused, and with all documentation. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
- Exclusions: No returns for personalized Products or unsealed items (for hygiene reasons, e.g., opened skincare containers).
- Refunds: Reimbursements are made to the original payment method within 14 days after the Company receives the returned item.
Article 8 – Legal Warranties
EU customers have a two-year legal warranty for non-conformity under applicable EU directives.
Article 9 – Discount Codes and Promotions
- Use: Promotional codes (e.g., PROMO10) are unique, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Limitations: Most codes have an expiration date, and only one can be used per order.
- Returns: Discount values are deducted from refunds; discounts themselves are non-refundable.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property Rights (IP)
All intellectual property rights related to the content, design, and source code of the Website — including trademarks, logos, and text — are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
Article 11 – Personal Data
Personal data collected by the Company are governed by its Privacy Policy, available on the Website. Data are used solely for registration and order processing purposes.
Article 12 – Liability
The Company is not liable for losses not attributable to its breach or for indirect or unforeseeable damages at the time of purchase. However, this limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence or willful misconduct.
Article 13 – Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., strikes, wars, pandemics, natural disasters). If such interruption lasts over 30 days, either party may cancel the order.
Article 14 – Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Czech courts. This does not affect consumers’ statutory rights to bring claims in their country of residence.
